Realm of the Sea Elves. Their social structure is one based on wealth and influence. They have not surfaced yet - only the occasional exploratory trip. Most in the realm know they exist but have never seen one. Kind of the "UFO sightings" of this realm.

Though the Sea Elves live underwater and have gills, they breathe air. Their settlements are enclosed in air bubbles. Much of the Sea Elf day-to-day activities are done through mental manipulation. Many are psionics.
